活動辦法

1.報名費:500元/攤位

2.報名保證金:1,000元/攤位

3.攤位選擇:以抽籤方式選取攤位

4.抽籤時間:3月11日(星期五)中午1230於僑外組抽籤,若無法出席者則由現場工作人員代抽為準,不得有異議。

參加規定

1.  參加者需全程參與,若無法全程配合視同違規。

2.  參加者可於3月27日下午進行攤位佈置。

3.  主辦單位將提供兩張長桌及2張椅子,其他所需之器具   將由參加者自行負責準備。

4.  參加者上午9點起可布置攤位,11點開始進行攤位展  售,結束時間為下午2點。

5.  活動場地電力有限,請避免使用高電力之器具。

6.  參加者須自行負責整理攤位和處理垃圾等相關事宜。若  未能遵守規定,將無法贖回保證金新台幣1,000元整。

7.  若於活動當中或結束時,檢查發現現場桌椅有任何損  毀,得照價賠償一切損失。

 二、International Cultural Festival Food Booth

11:00-14:00 on March 28th –March 30th , 2016

Location

Under the Bodhi Tree behind the Administration building, NSYSU.

Participants

Students of NSYSU (Including students from Chinese Language Center).

Eligibility

1.        Booth cost: NTD1,500 (NTD1,000 is deposit and NTD500 is registration fee). The deposit will be returned only if the booth holder cleans up the booth after the activity. The registration fee will be paid off for tents.

2.       Choosing the Booth: By drawing lots to decide.

3.       Time to draw lots: Friday, 11th March, 12:30 pm. At the office of Overseas and International Degree Student Affairs. Please attend. If you cannot attend, the organizer will help you to draw one lot. You must accept the lot drew by the organizer.

Rules

1.          Booth set up will start at evening on 27 March. Detailed scheduled will be announced later.

2.          Electricity and 2 tables and 2 chairs will be provided for each booth. If you need other equipment, please prepare by yourselves.

3.          The preparation time will start on 9 am, and selling time is from 11 am to 2 pm.

4.          Due to the limited electricity, please avoid using high-voltage equipment.

5.          Booth holders are responsible to set up and clean up the space; otherwise, the deposit (NT1000) will not be returned.

6.          If any equipment provided by the organizer is broken during the activity, the booth holder need to compensate according to the cost.

7.          Each booth must provide a detail description of the selling food to the host unit.
